Chef Antonio's career in Singapore began 5 years ago when he began restaurant Fuenti with a couple of his friends. While he was there, Fuenti received rave reviews.
Later, he decided to move on to Da Paolo and was offered a chance to helm their then unopened and entirely new concept of a casual chic Pizza Bar. Chef Antonio stayed with Da Paolo Pizza Bar for 3 years.
Chef Antonio's second solo venture is Bella Pasta, beloved for its steadfast adherence to creating the Italian flavours he loved and missed.
